+1. same here, same decision. the paint &b paint codes are exactly the same, yet, the end result is somewhat different.

BTW, I do see GREEN in mine in any kind of daylight lighting. SOOOooo... please pass this color by...

...as I've yet to see a complete color and options match to my one-of-a-kind 2SS/RS.

I just don't like "light blue" cars in most cases. Medium or dark blue I like. Aqua just needs to be a little darker to suit me.

Also, as someone else said, for some reason the color makes me think of the 1990s. In the same way that gold cars remind me of the 1970s.

The LS pic in indoors under what looks like aweful lights and the camera seemed to be setup for outdoor cause the flash does not seem to be working right. In my banner is an LS ABM outdoors in cloudy weather.

for me, (just my opinion) ... aqua blue metallic reminds me of the color baby blue ... and ive always associated baby blue with girls ... just like pink ... so to me ABM is a girls color ... even tho it looks ****in sick ... and im sure im not the only guy who thinks this... just my 2 cents ... so maybe thats why its one of the least ordered colors

I keep seeing ABM related threads, and thank goodness most of them are positive reviews cause I have a LT RS with polished 20's coming...and have not seen an ABM in person! (and actually, I hope to not see one around here cause I want mine to be special lol)

I also agree with a previous poster that I think Chevy's photoshop of the ABM online is what has really killed the sales of the ABM. I'm not saying it would be up there with SIM or Black, but I guaratee ya that it has turned off buyers that originally thought about getting the color

We almost got the aqua blue one but my heart was set on Inferno Orange because my dad had a '69 orange and black with a black hardtop Camaro when I was 1 years old. I still remember that car! I saw a black one in person and hated it. To me, black hides all the beautiful lines of the car.

Which is why they make them in many different colors! To me black looks mean and I think shows the lines quite well! Different strokes for different folks

ABM is my first choice for color, but I have always had the flashier car colors!!! The photos on this forum converted me from IOM!

Have you seen one in person? I live 20 miles from NYC and would not mind driving it by so you could see it. It is not Baby blue, imo, it is a very rich blue.

My old 78' "ABM"....guess it was officially called something else back then. Loved the color then, and hope to come full circle with a 10'. I was also surprised it was least order color.
