It took longer than I thought because the three bolts off the back of the intake are hard to get to but still it's a pretty easy swap.

Is there a valley tray between the two heads? It almost looks like both heads are a single piece? I can't tell by the picture.

The valley is covered by a foam piece, I assume to reduce noise.

Yours looked to be a much better casting than the other one! I couldn't see the area around the breather holes in those photos though.
