iamacamaroguy, Yes, at least somne of those photos are computer 3D renderings. Look at the interior shot: the steering wheel is out of focus, the center console is in tack-sharp focus and the far A-pillar is out of focus. This means a shallow depth of field on the camera. So anything farther away than the A-pillar would be even more out of focus, yet the passenger mirror is just as sharp as the center console. That is a classic rendering error of 3D programs when there is a glass pane such as windows in the shot. Also, the reflections on the body and hood show shadow-maps, instead of actual objects. I'm not bashing anything, it just looks like they did a detailed 3D rendering to plan out the car very well, and that's what these photos are.

The Automobilemag.com photo spread has a few photos of the actual car, and it's easy to tell the difference. The ones where the body is in a shop are the actual car. The ones on a seemless background are 3D.

Gen5, Thanks for the link to the actual car. Wish they had a closeup of it and the engine.

$250,000 is too rich for me, but that would be an awesome car to take out for a few laps.

GT3 is very serious racing. I'm sure $250,000 is only a start on the expenses !!!

After all Audi A8 GT LM and MBZ SLS-R are far more expensive. ...and the Callaway GT3 Corvettes have a lot more experience. Best of luck to all Camaros in FIA GT3 classes !!
