The guy I keep hearing great things about is Brian Turner in Columbus. Think his shop is called Dyno Tuning Motorsports.

Thanks..I actually just had a Tune done by Brian
(I am in Columbus). I WANTED a second opinion on what he did. cool guy though..I am Just not experience in tuning.
And I was going to do a email tune by one of the vets on here but went to Brian from a referral and he hooked me up.
He advise me to get it on Dyno later with some wide band...but i should get the throttle body and intake ported (since I was going that route next) so he clear my codes for 0-2 and disable dod/afm and some lil adjustments. went conservative I guess.

seems like car was louder and more powerful before.
I am thinking torq

now it shifts different and it is a lot faster..weird
I can barley see the smoke from exhaust (its cold in Ohio)now.

I mean before you could here even the motor more.LIke it was ready to take off at idle like a airplane (if you will). Now it seems smoother.

Im not a complainer type dude just wanted to see if this is normal. Brian was cool guy and I know he went the safe route.
i got CAI -headers-no cat -no mufflers

Last part - I wanted to wait for a full tune when I get a cam-they said they can install the cam but when he was talking to another guy they said they have to pull the heads off and take off top part of the motor. I don't rememeber anyone on here doing that. SO ...$$$$. he never gave me a price on that part but I need experience guy with this motor and I should ask how many cams they put in a cam. He said do the ls3 conversion so maybe that is what they was thinking.
again great guy I just want to be sure cause really- I don't really know.

Good Afternoon everyone.

I sold my camaro some time ago. It's good to see this community still going strong. I've got some parts for sale if anyone is interested.

Pulling the heads sounds like they may be doing the LS3 conversion then. Brian doesn't usually do installs, but winter time I believe he does some work and the rest he uses a couple shops in the area if I remember correctly.

Make sure you check this thread http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=387008

I'm going to try and make a stop near Dayton for the guys coming from Toledo... if they still want to gather, I haven't had any confirmation yet lol. Or you can meet the rest of my group at the Mall in Florence, KY around noon.

Thanks, I think I will find someone to port my intake and throttle body and take it back to Brian and get it on dyno. I got a pm from someone and said that is where his magic is......
