New Sway Bars
After doing some reading I think this is a must do mod.
How hard is it to change out the sways? |

Very easy, did it on jacks in my garage. What company are you going with?

Probably going to go with Eibach. Any good recommendations on a vendor for this brand? |

I would advise also doing the cradle and radius bushing inserts from pedders,
those are weak spots in the suspension, gotta get rid of the mush.....

I got my suspension stuff from Apex Speed, they ship fast, but its no longer free. I also agree with the subframe inserts, its a pain to install, but makes the rear end feel like its glued to the road.

I purchased suspension parts from both Auto Agenda and APEX Motorsports. They're both good venders. I ordered BC Racing adjustable coilovers from AutoAgenda and a whole bunch of stuff made by Pfadt and BMR from APEX. AutoAgenda carries Whiteside hardware if you're interested in that brand.

Rear sway install is a no problem install even with stock mufflers. If you've got aftermarket cans- so much the better, then you've got plenty of room to work!
Front sway requires a little more patience to twist and turn the bar out, but it's much better with the V6 than the V8- most of those guys just cut the stock bar in half to get it out. But I've changed mine twice and its no big deal- drop me a PM when you get'em and I'll offer a couple of tips to make it go easier |

One other suggestion: unless you're doing serious auotcross, the stock endlinks will be fine, but I would try to get some take-off SS endlinks for the front sway. They're much stouter than the V6er's and will help you get the most of your new sways. The rear endlinks are the same on both cars.
I picked up my SS links for $30 incl. shipping from the members "for sale" forum. |
