Most of these tools can be found pretty much anywhere, I believe Harbor Freight has everything needed for cheap, particularly the stepped drill bit; they have a 2 piece set for like $15, plus they can come in handy for many other things.

No special or expensive tools are needed for installation.

Feel free to call, email, or PM us anytime!

I've seen pictures posted, but someone ought to post a video of the post-installation. I will be posting a video after I get mine done.

Any one have issues with the blown fuse 33 BCM 6, this is where the halos piggyback at(1of2) in the eng. fuse box. Oddly enough, the halos kept working ,but my turn signal and dome were effected. Went to a car show today, had the halos on multi color fade show. got a lot of looks and compliments.

My friend is having this problem as well he did his install last weekend he called me said he had a problem where his DIC alerted him "check rear left turn signal lamp" so he replaced the bulb that did not work I suggested he check the fuse sure enough the fuse blew he had a 20 amp blown, and a 5amp blown in slots 16 (5A) 33 (20A) replaced both of them and all is working rear turnsignal and dome light.

Well this happened again to him last night odd what is happening.

Hope there are no issues with mine when I do this. I have footwell lighting tied into the dome lights, I have the LED Technostalgia tail lights as well. Just hope it all goes smooth.

Exactly what I have,.... just blew 2 more fuses, didn't get a block away when the DIC check turn sig. came up knew it was the fuse, halo's were still on like last time.Made a stop and the halo's didn't come back on,knew I blew a 2nd fuse.Just got in town, pulled both wires, each one had a 5A blown fuse. replaced the fuses in panel, left the wires unplugged,so no halo's until we get this figured out. no point in keep putting new fuses in halo's that are just gonna blow soon.

I find this disturbing to say the least! If this in fact is the case then I won't be installing them. I already love me car as is but to have blown fuses all the time for a cool factor, though I'd be using them at shows is not worth the hassle of replacing and inconvenience. Not sure what the return policy is but I'd rather return them and get my money back vs holding onto them waiting for a fix and then be out of time for return. I also don't want to have my friend, Dragom who's going to help with my install go through all this and then maybe later have to have me remove it. Already enough has been done with units installed with some issues which is understandable and JDP has been helpful with replacement parts but still, I think THIS SITUATION NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED POST HAST so that there are no further complications with this install. Just saying, I'd rather rule on the side of caution with this than favor on the side of cool and blown fuses and possibly burnt wires.
