Pulled over for no front license plate

I just got a fix it ticket for not having a front license plate. I do not want to have to drill holes in my front bumper...what are my options to get this ticket written off?? Will they let me use double sided tape then i can just take it off later?

Would be concerned if when I got the fix it ticket taken care of and then removed the tag again would the next time I get stopped for it they may not give just a fix it ticket. I am sure they will have a record of the first fix it.

Put it in your windshield. Don't drill the holes or cover any of the beautiful front facia with the ugly license plates.

Agreed. I've had a JacFab bracket for a year and a half and couldn't be happier with it. Solid, looks good and no holes to drill!

midnighter I think I've read some where in the past that some states have a requirement that the plate can't be over a certain maximum height from the ground. Obviously so people can't put them in the windshield.
