Not all of them. For examply, the LS7 is built in Wixom Michigan.

LS3, L99 are both made in the Glendale Ave. engine plant in St. Catharines, Ont., along with a few truck engines as well...
LS9 engine blocks are made there as well.
3whiterag, who works at the plant, comes on here every once in awhile.
BTW, there is an annual Show 'n Shine at the plant, with an opportunity to tour the facility and the dyno lab. If you can make it, it's a fascinating afternoon.
