Np, we are probably going to leave them as is and hopefully get better ones once the car is paid off. Only have 2 years to go.

yeah, we have a buddy flying in to help us. lol great guy! so it will be the 3 of us trying to tackle this thing.
I've already installed BBK's on my last v6, so i have a good idea of how it goes. couple things i need to get/worry about though. 1) BBK came with o2 extensions. I will need to buy these. anyone know where? 2) the "nub" on the driver side, under the car, where the stock cat converter is. How to grind this off, or will i need to grind it off, if i'm not putting on any catalytic converters. basically, will it be in the way of the stock clamp, to connect the header to the stock exhaust pipe?

http://www.apex-speed.com/08-13-gm-1...pair-1115.html 2) You will need to grind it off to be able to slide the stock downpipe out. I used a small grinder. I'm sure you could use a dremel if you have access to one. |

I didn't have to grind anything, when I took the stock downpipe off my other Camaro.

looks like i'll try to rent a grinder for the install. rather have it and not need it, then not have it and need it.
