What engine will work in my v6?

Is there any engine that I can put in my v6 without replacing the drive train and transmission?

Might as well trade your car in for something else. Its not just as easy as an engine swap. Electronics must be swapped too, most times your new engine will need to be mated to a new and compatible tranny. Its not worth it at all, unless the car was a paid-off hand me down.

This. Most of the time an engine swap will run you north of 10k, that much money would easily get you into an SS...

A cobbled together engine swap would make the car worthless on resale and undependable owning/driving. Trade it in.

I don't the OP is trolling. He posted something a couple days ago about he and his dad talking about doing an engine swap. Everyone is basically saying the same thing now here as they did in his last thread, not to do it lol.

My first question is why? Unless the existing engine is destroyed there really isn't another V6 I would replace it with that would be worth the effort. A V8 maybe but even then the work outweighs the benefit over just buying an SS. But hey it's you money. Good luck and take lots of pics and post them here.
