Isn't that off topic? Why not wait until the 2011 Mustang comes out, then pick up a 2010 for less like that other guy said? You should hopefully be better off financially at that point.

If you want quality of materials get a 328i

If you want a handling car get a Z

If you want the fastest/most powerful Muscle car under 42k get the Camaro

we all have our opinions... but we can back it up a bit...

you want great quality parts, go German...
you need the best handling, go Japanese...
you desire to go fast/$, go American..

if you need all 3, go Italian...

Bah...stereotypes...

If you'd like to spend a fortune after 5 years, go German
If you want to die due to faulty designs and corporate cover-ups, go Japanese (specifically toyota)
If you'd like to get an inexpensive, class-leading, high-quality car...buy American.

If you'd like to never drive your car, go Italian.

.....Ahhhhhhhh....that's better.

I was roaming a ford dealership today with the family. Looking at the Flex and the Edge. And on the show room floor sat a 2010 GT Convertible.

I have always been a GM (Camaro/ Trans Am Guy) -- but Ford has really stepped up with its interior quality. I Love the interior of the Mustang. So much so that in 2011 I would finally strongly consider a Mustang over a Camaro.

Not saying definitively which I would get, but that Interior is something special. Way outclasses Dodge/ Chevy (sorry no flaming please)

A quick remark about the exterior.
Camaro looks better, but when you see those Mustangs in person, they honestly look quite nice themselves. I wouldn't kick myself for not buying a Camaro in 2011 thats for sure.

I realize this is a Camaro site, and I will likely be met with mixed emotions on this topic, but it was really an eye opening experience seeing the 2010 Mustang in person.
Exactly why I am about to own the best of both worlds.

I'm just gonna annouce that this thread is a culmination of like 4. My comments regarding the AMSOIL flowzair aren't off topic as I had made a thread regarding the best air filters.

Mustang, Camaro, any car. Air flow is air flow. I wonder what the best filter is, that's all. I'm leaning towards GREEN but I think it lets some garbage into the engine. The only wany to increase air flow is by widening the wholes between fibers. Period. Paper, cotton, whatever.
