Cold Air Intake Recommendation

I am going to purchase a Cold Air Intake, some long tube headers, and a tune this week and would like some feedback ..

I am considering the Rotofab CAI, Stainless Power Long Tubes with high flow cats, and a Tune..

I am currently running a Borla Atak Axle Back and Summit X pipe in place of the resonators (LS3 Engine)

Any feedback on this setup?

I have heard that the Atak with Long Tubes can be a bit loud. In my opinion it is not too loud with the stock manifolds. Will the long tubes add allot more volume over my current setup?

The car is a weekend driver and not daily driven..

My fear is that the extra volume may alert the smog police here in California..

That is a good combination but I'd swap the Summit x-pipe for a Magnaflow resonated x-pipe. It will be LOUD with the Atak...

Please feel free to call, email or PM us anytime with questions.

Kind regards,

The Atak with LT's should wake the dead. I really like my Rotofab CAI.

Yes it will be MUCH louder. Make sure to run highflow cats to cut down on the rasp of the atak with headers and a little bit of volume. Also the magnaflow resonated x-pipe is a good idea.
