Hope you don't mind I moved your post/thread?
And great Sky(s), btw! I've always loved the way the Sky looked a little more than the Solstice - but they're BOTH up there on my list! |

I was finally able to get these posted. Sorry to be so late to the party, but it will revive the thread I guess....
It's really nothing special...'06 Silverado Crew Cab....loaded, sunroof, leather, everything...the only thing I've added to it is a spray-on bedliner....like I said, nothing really special, but it's mine and it's all paid for...traded in the old Silverado and paid cash for the difference. Saving up all those would-be-payments for the 5th Gen. |

I gotta ask, all you people who have SEVERAL rides...how can you afford it? I'm coming to the point where I'm starting to realise I might not afford to buying ONE car (that being the 5th gen :( ).

Nice pix, Silverado. You going to keep it when you get the 5thGen or trade it in?

Oh, I'm keeping it. Like I said, it's paid for, so this will be my bad weather ride (and in Nebraska, they sand/salt the roads a lot, so the 5th Gen won't be going out during the winter at all...other than to the driveway for a weather permitting clean up).
The wife will be driving the Enclave year round. Just another reason why we went with it over a couple others....we wanted something that was going to be nice because she's going to have it for awhile. |

I'd love to get into an Enclave. Just comes down to cash for us. We got the Sorento...loaded. It's nice. Actually extremely comfortable to drive, fantastic interior, etc. The plan is to keep it as long as we can...8-10 years if possible....if not longer. After all, it does have a 5 year, 100K mile warranty.
But, that Enclave.....if I could only get one for around that price of the Sorento! |

Nope. I have really been wanting to get it done, but I'm contemplating halos now...and putting in a red and blue halo in place of the white one....then hooking that up to the main unit. and thanx!
