I seem to be seeing a lot more SS 2016s than the 6's. Are they outselling the 6s?

I noticed most early orders were high high 40s 2SSs. Then the mid 40s 2SS, then the rest... LTs and 1SSs started to fill up.

I have yet to see a single V6 in my area other than on dealer lots.

It's the winter in half of the country. The only people buying Camaros there are the enthusiasts who've been waiting anxiously for their SSs to leave quality control, and the goofballs who think they're getting something special being the first model year of the generation.
Once it warms up, the rest of the buying public will become aware there's a new Camaro out....not to mention the 4-cylinder and convertible models still aren't readily available. ...Soon, soon....our favorite car will be outselling the Mustang once again.

Well most people see a 39K 2LT and a 46K 2SS and decide that the 7K jump is worth it. Plus I think a lot of people are holding out for the 1LE, convertable, and 2.0 turbo

the dealers around me have a lot of 6th gen SS inventory that appear to be coming in fast and moving very slow

I've only seen 3 2016 camaros on the roads and 2 out of the 3 were LTs

I saw a black V6 and another Blue SS, but those are the only 2 Gen6 I have seen other than mine.

I haven't seen any Gen 6's in my area. However, I didn't order my 2SS to fulfill a "status qua". I ordered one because after driving one, I wanted it.
