And yes, the key word was any minute. I will wager my future Camaro that the moment the update is posted will be within some minute of time. so :P on you Dragon! |

Or is that what John meant by "systematic problem"? Jason makes it sound as if there never was an update planned for last Thursday or this Thursday. He sounds like someone who works directly with the Chevy Nation site, so he must know what he's talking about, right? EDIT: Woot! I finally got into the Clubhouse! No, nothing there. |

Yes i sent an email out to Campbell-Ewald Company who produced the site and maintains it. To me it sounds like because of the photo the was already released spoiling there update for this month they don't know what to put up now and becuase its a third party that maintains the site whatever is put up has to be approved and that's what they are waiting on.

Look for Tuesday.
As far as John knew, (what he was told at the time of TAG's message) there were problems with the site. The scheduled time for updates is Thursday. Jason and 'friends' (cause you know it's not just him), think they can get ready and up by Tuesday, which is not a Thursday, so they need approval. That's how I interpreted it. The original message: "you don't want to miss november" was was released AFTER the prototype photo was released. There's no conspiracies, I'm sure:p: just a bad site. |

Yup, a "systematic" problem sounds like trying to get approval for a new update, and I imagine if a third party is running the site then John wouldn't immediately know that the ETA is Tuesday. Makes sense. It makes me feel better knowing this update wasn't actually delayed, but really it was released REALLY early.

[rant] As for what to put in the update? That shouldn't be that critical at this point. More importantly than how big the update was should have been getting it out on time. Once they realized the picture wasn't going to be the update anymore, they could easily have just thrown up a couple of color choices. Then, they could explain the situation and say "We'll put up a more substantial update as soon as we can". Don't give us a date if you can't meet it. Now please, please don't tell us Tuesday and not have anything out on Tuesday. [/rant] |

Must I say GM has some communication issues within there organization? Seems like it.... At this point I think there all full of it.... No body's response indicates certainty..... there still flimsy uh we tried, were trying, were sorry. Say your gunna do it at this day and time and have it done, and no one in the world would complain to that. Even if they said f*** you, lol, there is no update. Give a response in firm words even if its a case of the latter.

Chevy gives them info (if it even is a third party), and they set it up. They may have found a glitch in the site, so they needed to reformat, or whatever. I just want to say that nobody here is alone on wanting information...but it's useless getting up-in-arms about it. Just breathe with me: Inhale................................... ........................................... ........................................... ........................................... |

Pencil, I originally wanted color choices for this update anyway. I'm still hoping for a nice Rally Green with white stripes.

Ah, but is 8 "no less than seven"?
Bwa - ha - ha - ha I've also noticed that their doorway into the heritage center still doesn't have one of those little play buttons yet. *breathing* |

Right, you can go in, the door highlights, but there's no button like with all the other clickable items.
