Well, there's the price of your catch can. You do have a catch can, don't you? Oh, maybe you do need it cleaned.

Throttle body cleaning? Something I have never done, even on cars with 200,000 miles.
While I do agree that all those are ridiculous especially for the mileage, you've obviously never seen what a throttle body looks like after even 50k miles (much less 200k). Unless you have a good catch can, it will most likely be caked in oil and carbon. A good 10 minute cleaning can really do wonders for throttle response.

The dealer I used to go to for oil changes lost my biz because the freak at the service counter was ALWAYS trying to upsell me, and insisted endlessly that whatever the manual said needed to be cut in half (do 100,000 maint. at 50,000 miles)... then halved again (so, yes, 100,000 mile services HAD to be done at 25,000 miles) or else the warranty would be voided. Lying sack of fail is what that guy is.

$350 is utterly ridiculous. Checking your brakes, even? 10 to 1 odds that any place trying to rip you off with a $350/ 15,000 mile service will ALSO "find" all kinds of work that "needs" to be done on your car. The $350 is only the start... they will want a lot more where that came from. Go somewhere else. Please. Few things make my heart heavier than to see rip- off automotive joints profit off of stealing money from those who do not otherwise know. Run... go far away from there. Please. Find a DIFFERENT dealer, or another shop, GM or not. Just don't spend $350 to give them the opportunity to "find" $1000 worth of brake work you "need," and $1000 worth of Fetzer valve work, and another $1000 to remachine the gearheads.
This x 1,000

"We're your Dealership and we're here to help", sound familiar?

Great read for branching into DYI... if all else fails Google & YouTube searches will yield pretty much any walkthru guide needed.

If you don't have a catch can... buy one with that recommended service cost & perform all the outlined within this just prior to installing...

This is insane...buy your mobil1 from Walmart for 23$, oil filter from a car parts store for like 8$ then get them to do it - or do it yourself - and it should be like 30$. Tops 50 to 60$ for a oil change. Checking your brakes can be done at home...takes like 10 seconds a wheel - if you google how to do it. Top off liquids...that sounds like they'd give you really expensive wiper fluid. Make sure they're not taking you for a ride man!

There are always alternatives. First off, I would suggest for you to learn how to do this yourself. Everything you listed is very simple. If you aren't sure how to do what you have listed get a buddy to help you out or just ask questions. Doing work yourself will save you a lot of cash. Secondly, if you don't want to do it yourself then I would recommend finding a different shop that you can trust.

Ahh, the coupon. A couple of years ago, I had a coupon from Firestone: Free AC inspection. By chance, the AC went out on my Silverado, so what better than a free inspection to diagnose the problem?

The tech spent two hours on the "inspection." Repair estimate was over $700. Stunning. I declined, being a little short. Went home, took a glance under the hood, and noticed a little belt missing from my AC compressor. Cost me $17, and since I did not know what the hell I was doing, it took me nearly five minutes to install the belt, including three minutes of clean- up. AC has been perfect and cold and excellent ever since.

A coupon for free anything from a dealer, a shop, a mechanic is never ever ever going to be free... they want to get paid. That's the only purpose of a coupon.
