These pics look like they were taken with a phone camera in poor light. Remember those little POS cameras won't reproduce colors properly so judging this color based on these photos would be a mistake. I expect the color to have much more depth to it.

Actually, the original pictures were taken with a Sony CyberShot DSC-T5 5.1MP P&S camera. Based on the original file sizes, I'm guessing they didn't have their camera settings changed from the defaults - which would lead to higher JPEG file compression (smaller files) and less noise reduction processing. Both of which contribute to the poor non-flash photo quality.


Still, you are correct, I wouldn't judge this color (or any color besides black and white) on the Camaro until you actually see it in person on the Camaro.

Wow, that must model must not take very good pictures. I shoot quite a bit of photography with a Canon 40D but have a Panasonic TZ1 as a pocket camera and the images that come from it are MUCH nicer.

Yup, digital pictures hold info such as: camera taken from, the apature, the f-stop, the shutter time, and date and time, maybe a few other things.

if edited in a proffesional program (like photoshop) it will retain all that info, but I have found that programs such as Gimp, it will lose that info when edited/re-saved

Still, what 's with the interior? Could it be more basic? I mean, gief us a complete package, SS/RS and orange interior + orange trims ^^

I think the lights in tha t place were rly bad for taking photos of the car. There one photo where we can see the side "Camaro" logo which was taken with the camera's flash and from a closer distance. You can see different shades of yellow/orange >> orange red, from the center of the picture and towards the outside. I 'm pretty sure this is not the actual tone of the orange color.

I hope we will see more pictures of it soon enough.
