A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

Hmf. I had hoped this would be the case. Toyota, the Industry 'benchmark'...in relative trouble.

Now perhaps, the Big Three will be taken more seriously come March, because it's NOT just them.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

And yes, I laugh because now that the "flawless" juggernaut is in trouble, maybe people won't be so quick to just assume financial troubles in today's market is just due to bad management.

What fuel efficiency? The Corolla, Camry, and Avalon certainly aren't the most efficient in their class, and they have more SUVs than Ford. Toyota fuel economy is a stupid joke.

Edit: FenwickHockey FTW!

Toyota has a no-layoff policy. Right now in the US factories they have idled they have their workers doing community projects of their choosing.

I'm not a Toyota fanboy by any means, but facts are facts.
