Caroline's Second Birthday! (two year check in)
I did this one year ago today and decided I would carry on the tradition of the yearly check in. I may even share a bit more about myself. What a way to spend my 1000th post!
As I sit to write this, it's hard to believe I have had my car for 2 years now. 19,787 miles later, the permagrin has never faded, not even for a second. I'd even say I enjoy this car the same today as I did driving it off the lot for my 17th birthday 2 years ago. Sunday the 20th is my 19th birthday. I also wanted to use this post as a sign of appreciation to my parents and everything they have done for me. My parents have always done so much to make sure my brothers and I always got cool stuff we wanted, but more importantly what we needed, like discipline, humility, and respect. They gave me what was and is my DREAM car. I can’t say enough how much everything they do means to me, and though they probably won’t read this, I wanted to share how I feel so that everybody could know how awesome they are. Caroline has since graduated from High School, and has stayed with me as I start my second semester as a Radiology major. She gets to park way out in the "middle of nowhere" lot. This passed summer after I graduated, I became a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Hopefully that means a little more $$ to spend on Caroline  .Thanks again C5 for your support, and your wealth of information! I'm glad I get to be part of a great community. In the last year I have added the SS fascia, added fogs, picked up a set of stock 20s, and bought a set of RS lights that are awaiting a harness for use.

that was an awesome story, nice to see you're thankful at such a young age(im 20 myself) and you're not like the other kids!
I worked my butt off for my car and I feel the same as you. |

Great story!
Just recently celebrated a second birthday as well. Nice to see someone my age with the same appreciation of their parents and where they came from. Keep up the great work and Caroline looks great! |
