I hear you bro...but there are all kinds of people in the world. I agree with you they should take their negativity elsewhere, but everyone's entitled to an opinion, even the whiners. Just ignore 'em they've obviously got nothing better to do.

You know how Scott was saying for a while that GM won't ever be able to make a car that pleases everybody, but that based on Autoshows, etc...this car looks to have pleased 90%?

Well...I think the trouble with the very few people (becuase it is just a few, they're just really loud

) who do this constantly is that they don't realize they aren't part of that 90%. Which is unfortunate.

I feel your pain; I feel the same way and agree with your thoughts. I, personally, don't like the negativity and don't know how constructive it is. Another way to think about it is perhaps GM could still be considering final details and maybe that kind of input is sought after by them to get a feel for the pulse of our community.

To be frank, IMHO, people that sometimes make those comments are true fanatics anyways. That may not be too bad a thing. It doesn't affect me how you, or anyone else, appreciates this car, only that you people buy them so GM will continue improving and producing them. There is probably not going to be a single thing that GM could do that would sway me NOT to purchase this car when the time is right for me. Yes, I want the top-dog, and even if that is cancelled and there is only an LS3 to be had, I'd be happy with that. Given the apparent success the G8 community is having with that car reassures me that we'll have similar opportunities.
