Camaro ID help needed

Hi everyone. I bought a 2011 Camaro 2ss convertible that has some odd options and I am hoping maybe someone has seen this car before or knows what it was used for.

vin number is 2G1FT3DW1B9146507

I bought the car from GM remarketing ( I am a Chevrolet dealer ) and the car has the 5x0 21 inch wheels and 5w8 ground effects from the AJB Synergy package, but does not have the Synergy interior or brakes or stripe. Instead the car has an orange stripe on the side of the car that I have not seen before.

Wheels and ground effects and stripe do not appear on the GM vehicle build sheet, and the car has never been sold or delivered to a dealer before me.

Aren't all those options available as individual items in the ordering process? Did they include the wrong build sheet?

OR, I seem to remember there was an XM package that was separate from the Synergy. Could this be one of the 2nd package cars?

Its the blue one, seventh from the left.

Your car looks like an XM with ground effects. Just my guess.

XM edition was a v6 only, this is a 2ss. I see the stripe is the Honor and Valor stripe, but no badge on the side.

I did recieve a copy of an invoice for GM installing the stripe, wheels and ground effects for $7177.00 which are the only 3 items that are on the car that I cant find on the build sheet. Still was hoping if someone knew of or had seen a picture of the car. With only 318 miles on it I wouldnt think GM would add $7177 woth of stuff for no reason.

Well the stripe is part of the available accesories and is called the "Heritage Stripe". (Guy at work has black Heritage stripes on his VR LS.)

In the past they used to build out highly optioned cars for car shows/dealer showroom vehicles to showcase all the available options. My guess would be they ordered that car to do some show/showroom duty and put it up for sale once the show was over.

Since it was originally shipped to the Engineering Media Prep dept at the Milford Proving Grounds, I would say it was a press fleet car or a car show build. The press cars I've seen have had different accessory packages installed to show off a bit.
