Heated Seats Standard.......Why?

Who finds that the heated seats standard is unnecessary? I dont know about you but i dont plan driving my car in weather that would require a warm butt. More power to you if you do but i think the masses would find this option unwanted.

Thoughts?

In a ZL1 specifically I would want cooled seats over heated seats any day of the week, month, year.

They loaded the car to compare favorable to the competition.

I agree that cooled seats may have been more appropriate, but it's not an available option for the Camaro...harder to integrate...

There will be a few cold mornings where I think I'll use the heated seats....but I am thankful for the suede it should breath real nice on those hot days during the summer.

Bah...a nice 50° Saturday morning...clear skies...sun just coming up.

Perfect day to take a lap around the cities' highway system...windows down, engine rumbling...and my tuckus all nice and warm thanks to my unnecessary heated seats feature.

You know, the heated seats could be for the passengers. My girlfriend uses Kaylee's heated seats all year round. Doesn't matter if it's 5 or 105, she likes having a toasty bum.

I was considering adding a slim profile subwoofer into the passenger seat for the perfect "vibe."

Sure, that's why you're buying ZL1 instead of a 'vette, right?

Put those back seats to a good use !

I would imagine some of our northern state owners and our Canadian friends would find the heated seats to be a nice standard feature. But if
your a Floridian its non issue having heated seats. I will say my wife really
likes the idea that the my 12's have adjustable passanger seats, whe won't need a telephone book under her rear to see above the hood now.

See that's what LT headers and a loud exhaust are for. Make the whole car vibrate.
