how do you do that, I see the option on my phone but not my computer.

I am assuming you are talking about Incognito Mode- right? In the top right hand of your browser (chrome) there are 3 dashes, one ontop of the next. Click it and it gives you the option. Or you can just press Ctrl+Shift+N

When people ask others if they want one of the offers, how do you share them? When I had one pop up, it made me fill out everything, and gave me a paper to print with all the deets on it.

Try it on different cars too. Like build a 13 Impala. Might have a better chance at cars that have more incentives.

That is actually not a bad idea, but since it is random, do you think it really matters? I keep getting a lot of Request a Quote pop-ups still.
