Why would I worry???? You car doesn't even run!

Won't you be embarrassed get spanked by a car with 40 less cubes?

Last year I left the drag wheels on the entire time. If you drag race both days you won't have time for anything else. We actually left the cars there overnight on Friday and just drive the trucks around. Everything happens at the hotel so there really is no reason to leave except for dinner.

Why would I worry, your car doesn;t have a rear suspension installed as of tomorrow

To spank my car won't you be looking at it's rear end?

Not tomorrow, next wk.

Right now it's still a 9.81 ride. Just no wheels to mount my slicks. Rich is calling me tomorrow..

Ill spank that turd in the pits bc that's where it will be when I put you back on the trailer in the quick 16.....assuming you can make it in.

It's tough to run 9.81 on the rotors, especially with that little 376.

You'll be putting it back on the trailer, someone has to put it away while I put the trophy up front

Been a little while, but here's the update. Blower is on the motor, and most of the motor is finished. I ended up breaking my water pump into 2 pieces on a hydraulic press but that's how it goes. Belts are now routed after LPE got me another water pump, nitrous is just starting to be plumbed.

Beyond that, I got the transportation handled now too:

Sweet trailer!! What manufacturer is it?

Are you using the LPE 10 rib? I'm thinking yes and you were trying to press the pulley on when it broke. They make a water pump with the pulley already installed.

Thanks! It's an American Hauler Silver Hawk 24 footer.

Yep, LPE 10 rib. I was actually getting the pulley off, the puller wouldn't take it off, so I had to push the shaft through the bottom. The shaft was almost out when it snapped. Thing just exploded!

Damn. That thing is really nice. At least you knew enough to get the extended the beaver tail. That'll be perfect for your car and easy to tow.

So I take it you had to she'll put the 6 hundy for the LPE pump.

Yeah I like it so far, I looked at a ton of trailers; I wanted to go gooseneck, but my truck wouldn't fit under it

Yeah, right after they hit me for 3k on the pulley system. They did knock off $50

Why wouldn't you're truck fit under a gn? With such a short trailer the bumper pull will be fine. GN you would need a 32' to get 24' of useable deck but you get all that extra storage.

And the rich get richer. If that 10 rib works for you that may be that last thing I do to my car.
