Interesting...
It would have to be decided by the attnedees.... Something for us to consider.

This is a pretty good idea! Brings attention to the business' that provide good customer service and help weed out the bad ones to prevent future issues between members and sponsors. I know this wouldnt be held for that reason at all but it will help when choosing a vendor.

My vote would be:
1. Shinetime--I did not realize I had some red overspray on my car. I had painted some items outside of my garage and the vent was open. The guys at Shinetime went the extra mile to get it right. They spent hours claybarring, polishing and sealing my baby. She looks like a brand new car now with a mirror finish. And the price was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 2. Jannety. They also went above and beyond to explain their products, work out great deals and provide quality installations. Pics from the Shinetime gang working on my car and the finished product:

FanDamNCSU - I just wanted to point out that on my way out on Saturday I ran across the parking lot to take pics of your car. I have a CGM also and loved the stripe package and hex vent combo you've got. Very clean car but I'll shout out to Shine Time for that!

LOL
*they showed up 2 hours late to my 10 AM install thursday* "We couldn't finish your install today, so come back first thing tomorrow and we will do your mirrors" *wake up early on my vacation to show up at the track* "We can't tap your concept mirrors into your turn signals, we don't have the tools to take off your door panel" - so why did you tell me to come back this early this morning if you couldn't do it? "Well we didn't think about it yesterday" - why couldn't you have called me to let me know? *walk back to my car, turn corner, and see first car in install line with door panel off* "Oh really? he has the door panels off? well, we don't have the dual-intensity [whatever they are called] to wire them in" Not to mention the numerous people, including myself, who stopped back to see them the second day to get the stuff they had installed the first day fixed Over the past two fests I've spent ~$2k with AAC, despite others warnings. As long as everything works, it's fine because you don't have to interact with Tiffany. As soon as something goes wrong with their overpriced and inconsistent products, and you have to talk to somebody, you immediately regret it. I will say that the tech who worked on my car was friendly and answered all of my questions, but he did seem rushed. Needless to say, they won't be receiving my vote, but it was refreshing to work with some other vendors that really have their priorities in order. |

Well I was looking for an exhaust which nobody had what I wanted so I moved to intakes and I want the black cai intake which a few vendors offered, but at a higher price then I can get right here on this forum from a vendor which I really found pretty sad saying the fest should be the best time to get new customers for vendors. After failing to get the sound or power/air mod taken care of, I moved to looks and my vote goes to Oracle. Their car showed all the options in person you could do and looked amazing and they had a pretty decent inventory with them to buy and with free installs. They earned my business and I added everything I could afford and they installed everything. Only thing I wish they had with them are the dual color halos and fogs but they were still offering the discount on them if you wanted to order. Great job guys and girls @ Oracle.

The Shine Time guys were awesome. They did a great job on my car and I'm not that easy to please when it comes to the car.
I can't say enough about the Livernois guys. I'm willing to bet none of the other shops took their customers to dinner. As for AAC, I had them install a pair of GOBOs and they aren't shining correctly. No big deal, the kid that did the install showed me how to twist them and I get it's hard to see the image in the middle of the day. The kid that did the install was nice and personable though. I do have 2 screws left over in my floor board. Not sure where they go in the door panel. I did see a number of folks come by for "please fix what you did earlier" though, including dorfmac. I probably saw about 4 people come over while I was getting my GOBOs installed for "something's not right". Maybe related to the amount of work they had the day before and trying to rush people through so folks didn't complain about the wait? The billet customs guys were awesome too. Did a great job on my door handles I had them install and were very friendly. I think all of the vendors that I talked to were very personable and friendly.

We can even make it fair enough to have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophy or some sort of appreciation prize to let them know that the customers felt that they were one of the Top three Vendors of the entire Fest. This would also motivate and encourage the Vendors to compete harder for their customer base, bringing quality and quantity of their products to serve more customers.
