Exactly, a car isn't considered "sold" until your name has been signed on the dotted line and financing and insurance is in place.

That's what we like to hear. It seems like now that GM is getting attention, people feel like they can take the blinders off and see that they're making better vehicles than the japanese cars that are raved about it magazines.

we got this!!....but damn i'm afraid of what the bankruptcy and the new c.a.f.e standards will entail...hopefully we get something new in 2012 before those c.a.f.e standards become official

All the Japanese car makers aren't doing to hot as well. Most of thier buyer market is here. Toyota has taken money from thier government...which everyone seems to forget that American Carmakers are not the only ones that have recieved tax money.

And Honda and Nissan have both gone on the record that they may recquire bailout money from Japan as well.

Also...is this a good question...

If japanese car dealers go out of business...will the US still cover warranties...I know that they will cover American Cars...but do they also do it for foriegn carmakers?
