As far as the dent goes, you wouldn't believe how many new cars have to be PDR'd (paintless dent repair) done on them while on the lot. I've had a couple of new cars that needed PDR a week or so after I noticed them at home.

I'm not sure you can really count this one, since the guy admitted to dropping a chain on it... I wouldn't really call it an "issue" then, you know?
