Would you buy a cheap new mustang over a camaro?
Would you buy a New 08 mustang GT fully loaded, for 19K and forget about buy the camaro at 30k? In LA there are dealers selling New 08 GTs for 19K!! Just wonder what you guys would think?

I would have to think REAL hard about that one...
19k is an amazing price... add on the HO whipple kit and you have over 400rwhp on stock internals for about 5.5k... Still less than a 30k camaro..

Well, given this is a Camaro site be prepared for some of the responses you may see.
Having said that, my family has had some Fords in the past and I was just not impressed at all with the quality or performance. I also drove a Mustang in college and wasn't happy with the handling and ride of that car. I would need to ride in both to say. Personally, I would wait until there are some Camaros out on the market and look for a dealer who is willing to deal. I think it will happen, but just depends on how soon you want to buy. |

I'm not trying to take sides about ford vs chevy. I'm justing talk about deals and that you get a V8 for very cheap. If you added 10k to the car you can make it fly!

Yeah I was think about that. I want to have a car that I was truly happy with, and I think that would be the camaro.

No Sir.
And if you do, it will be a race by the mods to see who can ban you first..... I'l totally kidding... We'll probably just set your new posts to require approval...... Seriously, a few years ago, I felt the very same way. I missed having a hopped up V8 so much that I almost bought a Mus..... (can't type it) a couple different times.... I'm glad I didn't and now I will have exactly what I want. I leave it to you.

08 GT california special for 25k before their current employee pricing offer... i'm in the process of selling my current car and moving to NJ in four weeks and would have to get another beater until the camaro has been released. aaaaah... decisions decisions decisions. *edit* the mustang V8 has the gas guzzler tax right? on the other hand... i'm not sure anymore if i should get a RWD car as a daily driver up there anyway. snow/ice sucks.
