I just booked at the Hyatt Place, it is very close to the host hotels and you can get a $95 per night rate if you pay up front, no cancellations. This is a nice hotel, very comfortable.

Me and buddy are both booked at Ramada It looks to be walking distance from host. I figured we could drive to host hotel for car events and then go back and park at Ramada once refreshment hour commences and walk back.

I'm booked Thursday-saturday at host hotel and looks like I may only be able to stay Thursday night
 Will know more early next week and will either cancel or offer extra nights on here.

I have a room available at the Wyndham with 2 dbl beds if anyone's interested! Car is in the shop getting the motor rebuilt and won't be ready in time! First PM gets it!
Oh it's from Wednesday thru Sunday I believe! Might be Saturday! Can't remember!

Unfortunatly had to release our rooms today at the Courtyard. We were really looking forward to driving out there this year and seeing everone, bit the economy is not agreeing. Will look forward to next year

The Wyndham hotel lost my reservation at the group rate, which I had made back in January. That was very unfortunate, even more unfortuanate is that my computer which held all the reservation info safely inside it, recently crashed and burned and all the hotel info with it.
Thankfully, the Wyndham still had a few rooms left and I was able to reserve one for Hubby and I today (yes, at the full rate). They said they still had a few more rooms available from the 1st - 5th if anyone is interested. The Marriot does not have rooms available for the entire time period, and definately not on the 1st.
