I'm not sure how many dealerships, but it means only 87 1LEs are going through in this next batch. The first batch was 103 if I remember correctly.

There are two facts: time of order and dealer allocations. You need to be both high on the order priority list AND have ordered from a dealer that gets allocations.

Also, there are 1LE'ers in here who have ordered after some of us and already have a TPW. This can be due to allocation issue.

And the 1LE is on constraint which means the factory isn't in full production. What exactly is the constraint reason is a mystery.

To the OP, do you fit in a sunroof Camaro with a helmet on? Do you need too? I am 6'-4" and after sitting in a sunroof Camaro I don't think I will fit with a helmet. Congrats on the order!! I am one step cloer to placing my order, my wife just picked up her new car yesterday so I have her old car until I sell my 2010 SS to hold me over until I get my 1LE!

I am 6'2" don't think it will be an issue. I sit like I am about 5'10".

Congrats! Just take your helmet with you to the dealership and tell them your there for a test drive.

After the salesman wakes up, ask him/her if you can get in a sunroof car to make sure you fit in "track configuration".

They will remember you when you come to get your car too.

Congrats on the order man! My order was placed last MOnday 10/8 and accepted by GM, so I know exactly how excited you must be. I did make a change yesterday to add the RS package, so now I have on order whats going to be a Beautiful Ashen Grey 2SS/RS 1LE!!! I hope that doesnt slow things down, but I think since I did it so early in the process it probably wont. I cant wait, not sure how i will manage!! Guess I have no choice!
