Could not have said it better. Black wheels against light colors have the look of 'lost all of your hubcaps' as the car is rolling down the road.

I have the stock HIDS on my 2SS/RS. Any idea how much it will cost me for that look on my Camaro and how do I get that kit?

It's not a kit he had those custom made I think with Gary and you can search his build thread and contact him I'm sure he would give you all the specifics
