I got a warning for my blacked out tail lights(reason he pulled me over) and no front license. From Texas Hiway Patrol Officer, he finished his ticket he was given than came and ran me down.

That when I went by I was in the far lane with the rest of the traffic.
He was writing another person a ticket.(standing outside of their car).
So he had to finish get in his car and than catch up to hiway speed (65).

i thought they had left out the the penalty portion of the legislation for the front license plate. maybe he just wanted a closer look at your car

I'm on 377 everytime I drive my Camaro. I indeed try to stay away from the state troopers, I have no front plate as well

i got a 120 $ ticket for 20% tint this month.!! atelast he dint give me a ticket for blacked out tail and front lights all over the car.!

Maybe that's why he got a warning ticket, marked "No Penalty"...

That's why I don't mess w/ tail lights... Don't ever want to be forced into front plate.

Did not seem too dark. Last year at inspection the guy did ask me if I had been stopped for them. I had not and he passed it.
