Best color of stripes for the RJT? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey guys, I have an SS RJT on order, and now I have decided to add rally stripes. What do you think would go better, the CGM stripes or the black?

I know the black stripes are flat black and dealer installed, whereas the CGM are factory installed. Are the CGM also flat or are they glossy?

WHich color stripes do you guys think would go better with the RJT? My interior is the beige two tone.

I actually think that color looks best w/o stripes but whatever makes you happy if I had to pick black

I know this is a tough decision. I too have a RJT on order, waiting since November 1, but have decided to hold off on the stripes until I see other RJTs with them. However, I am partial to the black stripes. I then plan on getting them painted on as I expect to have the car many years and know the vinyl will shrink and crack within the first ten years.

I am with you on this. I think glossy black would be best, but the black stripes are flat....ugh.

Stripes definitely improve the looks of some Camaro colors, especially (at least for me) SIM. Other colors look better without stripes and RJT is one of those.
