My 18s are my drag strip/ street set up. I don't see how u will hook that kind of power on the street. That whole mantra of 700whp in these cars is the crossover from street to race car...based on usable traction I think.

The Mickey Thompson 305/35/19 is a 28" tall rear. It's a street drag radial, so it should hook decent. As for fronts, a 275/40/19 would work. Pilot super sports, PZeros, etc.

Then a nice lightweight 19" wheel should finish it off.

the problem is the 305/35/19 is advertised having a section width of 11.5, however the 305/35/20 has a section width of 12.5,

I tried spraying it once on the highway with the 22s I can only say it was frightening

This... OMG this... Fortunately, Brandi is very stable and only occasionally get out of kilter... But when she does... Ouch...

I have 255/35/20 nitto fronts and 305/35/20 nitto drag radial rears thats a 5.1% difference according to the calculators. The service stabilitrac came on in the first couple minutes i drove it. Unplugged the battery for a bit and now it hasnt come on since.

LOL so true, I mean in terms of looks its a BIG car and it just looks good with the big wheels. Does F-All for performance but its not like I need it on the streets.

Brandi does look solid in the few videos I saw, I also saw one where you got a bit out of it and I was like . She's flying though man can't wait to see her back and going 100%.

This sticky in the Tire section may help you. It gives a lot of tire combos that you can mix and match to stay within the nannies' tolerances:

I have stock front tires with 305 Nitto 555r's on the back, I run them at 31 psi on the street. They hook up WAY better than the stock tires and they are not hazardous on wet roads.

I think the positive camber and slight positive toe rear alignment helps traction more than anything.

Seems as though once one goes past that 650 rwhp +- limit, they are slower in the street. Faster on the track perhaps. I've yet to be beat on the street from anything less than a 65mph roll by a car with more than 650 rwhp when I've had a 550 to 650 rwhp ride. Once a car gets over about 550 tire selection is very narrow. Needs drag radials all the time. Over about 650 and I don't think drag radials will hook it on the street below about 30 mph.
