Which color F14 to go with???
Ok so I have completely decided to go with the Forgestar F14 20x10.5 Deep & 20x9 semi with Invo's 315/275 set. The only thing I cannot decide on is color. I have a 2012 2SS Ashen Grey. I am having the Pfadt Stage 4 installed and lowering the car approx 1 to 1.5" with a flat and level look to the car. Would love to see some pictures of Ashen Grey or Cyber Grey Camaros with this look and wheel in different colors. The only colors I am really interested in and torn about are Matte Black, Textured Black, Gunmetal, and Gloss Gunmetal. Please help. I will take opinions as well as photos. I know any will look good but my main concerns are:
1) Is if blacked out is TOO over played (I say "TOO" because I know that it already is a tad) 2) Will the gunmetal look to matchy matchy without being the exact color thus kind of clashing 3) Does the textured look appear more matte than the matte black itself or just textured? 4) I don't really even quite understand the textured black... does it look better? what is the purpose of having it texturized?

I don't like any of those colors, black hides the wheels, and grey looks like it is covered in brake dust IMO. Silver, chrome, or brushed have always been my favorite finished on any color.

I have seriously contemplated going silver or brushed but just didn't really care for the Grey cars I've seen on here with them. So I'm pretty sure I will be going with one of those choices I've listed.

No help on colors, but if you are doing the 20 x 10.5 in the rear, I would suggest you opt for the 20 x 9.5 for the fronts. That way you will have the concave look both front and back. .02

I thought about that just haven't seen many people do it. I didn't know why. I thought maybe the 9.5 caused issues up front or wasn't quite right for the front.

Forget that stuff you need coilovers! JK
Piano black (gloss) or silver is what I recommend but get what YOU like best. You have to look at it the most.

Didn't you see in my first post that I just bought the Pfadt Stage 4? Not a fan of the Piano black. Thanks though.

To be honest, I think gunmetal might be just too much grey. Gunmetal (F14s) are extremely close to CGM. If would go with textured black or gloss black. My second choice would be matte black. |

black. Yeah many people have them...but there's a reason for that.......besides, the only car you have to look at everyday is YOUR car. Around town there are a bunch of camaros here, but none with black f-14s.......this forum is a very small percentage of the 5th gen camaro owners.
Grey won't work imho |

That's true Blackkaz04. That's why I know I'm still going to end up with black. I had some gunmetal Volks on my Evo but always wish I went black. Ok so as far as the matte black and textured black goes, is there a big difference in the look? Like from a few feet away could you tell a difference?
