Vossen Rims, Durable??

I know this has been posted before but looking for some people that have run these rims for a while.... Can a Vossen in 22" handle hitting the occasional pot hole? Nice price point on these rims but not if they get damaged easily. Thanks!

I think it would be a 'medium grade'. They're rotary forged so will be a step-up from eagle wheels or a cheaper cast wheel but not quite the strength of a forged wheel like HRE or CCW

I ran them on my old '08 Accord for a year. Nice wheels for the money. I ran 20" wheels with rubber bands for tires lowered on coilovers on New Jersey roads, so I'm sure you'd be fine.

Thanks guys!!

Possibly, getting a price on D2's, COR's and a set of ADV.1's....

But the price point on the Vossen's is very tempting!! But I do prefer to have any of the other 3 I listed

I ran 22" Vossens on my Challenger, they were great looking wheels. Never had an issue with them.

I have recently heard that Vossen's quality has dropped off quite sharply, something about change of ownership or something if I remember correctly.

I have 22" Vossen CV3, no complaints on the wheels whatsoever, the tires I got with them.... not so much.

Great look, can't beat the value. Vossen aren't cheap, they're a solid mid-range type wheel.

Just got my vossens cv3 3 weeks ago. Beautiful wheels no problem what so ever. Plus they have a 5 year warranty on finish and lifetime structural

What tires do you have and what's wrong with them?

Thanks guys for posting. Always great to read real world reviews

I decided I wanted an all weather tire so I went w/ Nitto NT420S which have a much harder compound, they look great but can not put the power down. No grip, I hate them. These SS models require a performance summer tire.

D2's for sale if interested

22" vs1's with Pirelli's only about 5K miles on them.

Asking $3500. Paid $7K.

I was just searching through google and came across this. I'm pretty sure only like two models of theirs are rotary forged (VFS/1 and VFS/2). The majority seem to be cast and for a cast wheel are quite expensive, such as the CV3.
