Density altitude, it's essentially the effective altitude based on climactic events.

With 5 generation ss. O yea I'm at 6,000ft ..I want a 10 sec camaro lol
Are those corrected dyno numbers, or you actually made 605 to the wheels up there? Cause unless your strip gives out corrected 12sec time slips that say 10's, you should deal in actual #'s.

If you want more boost, you will need a fuel pump upgrade Nd probably larger Injectors.
Your gear is 3.45 right?

With a little more power, slicks and skinnies, and proper temps and conditions, you could do 10's.

Man, that altitude is a killer. Going to be tough with those mods. Have you thought about a turbo? I hear turbos don't get affected by the DA as much.

I'll be at RMCR 1PM Friday if you're around. A bunch of CCOTR members are showing up for the test-n-tunes Wednesday Oct. 3rd if you're interested.

You're gonna need alot more for 10's, plus internals to not eventually go kaboom.

Here's our facebook page with the event posted - should be 2 700RWHP Camaro's there. 10's ain't easy at Mile-Hi

I have but I thinks, it's not that turbo are not affected, turbos do not take power to run... My pro- charger cost me over 100+ crank hp to run, where a turbo is close to zero,

Correct me if I'm wrong please?
