102MM throttle body and Intake manifold.
Guys I have 1-3/4" SLP headers, Magnoflow 2.5" fullsystem aggressive exhaust, Cold air induction and Diablo sport tuner. I don't know the Dyno. I'm going to Install a ram air induction hood in a few weeks. But I want to add as much as I can before I do the custom tune bc I know I'm not getting the most from the car with the Diablo sport tune. Any info on the intake or a recommendation on what type would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you're not doing a cam, then a 102mm TB and 102mm Intake Manifold will add little power. You might see gains after 600 hp.

The stock TB is 90mm. If you want the max bolt on for the best $$ then a VMax CNC spiral ported TB and intake manifold is going to deliver the most for the $. If your near the Tampa area we will do the install free. Let me know.

What's the cost of the Spiral ported TB and intake? I live near Pensacola but go down to Orlando sometimes. I have also been thinking about the SLP TVS supercharger that outs out 630HP at the fly wheel. Just like my car to be street fun and not sure how it will feel going with to much HP. But I don't like to be pulled away on the interstate by a Vette!! I'm into anything but going into the motor as the car barely has 10K miles. I have had it over a yr and now getting into modifying some. But I don't want to have something and one thing be robbing the power. If the intake will benifit the headers, ram air induction and CAI. Then I'm down for it. I'm always up for a road trip to so let me know.

The ported TB will add maybe 5hp. You should decide now if you want to go with a Supercharger or a Heads/Cam package. For your stated goals (not liking an aggressive idle and wanting to pull a Corvette on the highway), then a Supercharger is your thing. Since you've already gone with SLP, try them, though there are plenty of Florida tuners.
A Supercharger like the TVS 2300 will give you 1) more than enough power, 2) gas mileage, 3) better idle. Your noise will remain the same with your headers and Magnaflows. Padre |

I'm going to get it customed tuned at XXX motorsports in Pensacola soon. I'm getting about 28Mpg now which is way better than stock babying it ofcourse. I might have seen 22 taking it easy before headers. It's just tough to drop about $10K into the car. But your right and I've been seriously thinking of going the Supercharger route. Just weighing out the options. I feel if I go all out then what else is there to do. I may cam it later but I drive it more than I should right now. If I didn't I would def do the Cam.

The TB gives 8-12 rwhp gain alone (this is not a hand ported unit but computer designed & CNC cut) add the intake and see that doubled. $150 for the TB and $325 for the intake manifold is pretty cheap and we can do the swap while you wait if you drive down. Want it SC'd? Or turbo? Around $6900 complete with tune so no $10k budget busting. Is the car an A6 or MN6? Can get you 1/2 sec plus improvement for under a grand if it is an auto as well.
Supercharged SS is correct. Any good tuner shop can do a good cam that will sound stock with the correct LSA and tune. |

It's Manual. The Supercharger I was looking at is the SVT 2300 with the lifters. It shows to be about 630HP and 650 with SLP long tube headers with exhaust. I pasted the info below on what I have been looking at. I'll see what can be done at the Shop near the house on the Cam. What does a cam install normally cost?
SLP's High-Output Stage 2 TVS 2300 Supercharger Package (black finish) for the all-new 2010 V8 Camaro is the same technology offered in the new ZR-1 Corvette. It provides 8 PSI of boost, creating stump-pulling torque and neck-breaking acceleration. It increases the power and torque of the stock LS3 6.2L V8 engine at the flywheel from 426 HP to 630 HP, from 420 ft-lbs. stock to 640 ft.-lbs. of torque. Each Stage 2 Package includes our Blackwing high-flow intake tube and Blackwing drop-in reusable high-flow air filter, a Mail-in Tune with SLP's unique PCM programming, 1.85 high-ratio rocker-arm and spring package, smaller 3.6" diameter pulley, high-flow 65-lb injectors, a boost-a-pump, all necessary hardware and detailed installation instructions. Note: Requires new belt (Dayco #5060945 6-rib or equivalent, not included). Note: WILL NOT INSTALL ON THE L99 ENGINE/6-SPEED/MANUAL TRANSMISSION VEHICLES ONLY! Note: For off-road use only. 2010 V8 Camaro Stage 2 Supercharger Package Features:

I don't know how true this is on the Dyno. I have seen on this forum cars with alot more mods not putting that much out. As I have re-searched. I think I would need to do the SC and then Cam it with the certain HP range if I go that route. Is this correct? I may personnaly be satisfied with a cam that sounds stock with another TB ported or big mouth and intake with a tune. I love the way it sounds and runs now. I just would like a little more pep and C6 vettes don't pull away much and I haven't even had the chance to run one since the Headers and Tuner installed.
