I don't think the issue at this point is your opinion, just the fequency with which you state it. To be honest everytime I see your avatar the first thing that comes to mind is "ok, i wonder what he's going to say about the front fascia now". I'm not as bothered by it as some other people may be because I guess I know how to scroll down and get past it, but I can see how after a while it can rub others the wrong way. It's just like if you don't like your wife's hair-do and you make a comment about it every other day, eventually she'll snap back get sick of it and snap back at you.

I'm keeping track of how many times certain other people are going out of their way and praising the bumper I hate and providing the exact number of counterbalancing posts. It's keeping equilibrium and preventing a false sense of approval should anyone from GM be watching.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

makes sense to me...

not to mention that the opinions on this forum are not going to be representative of the opinions of the general car buying public...

i'm sure gm is testing the different markets though...

as long as they make the fascia easy to switch if i don't like it i can live with it...

besides i might like having ss that doesn't look like all the other ss's when i switch the front bumper to the v6 one if i go that route...

but judging by the way the ss looked in that show on nbc i wouldn't worry too much about the ss as long as it keeps the same quality in the production version...but on the ivers the big cheeks bumper isn't as good looking

i literally need to see both in person to see if its worth it to change bumpers on my future(god willing) ss convertible

thank you... if you or any one else didn't say it i was going to... this thread is literally littered with garbage that takes away from the topic...

sorry for the

But regarding the car this is weird... scott says this is close, but it looks wider than the production car we've seen...

'world' cars wont be required to have the useless USA insurance institute mandated 5mph crush beams(to lesson repair costs) so bumpers will be different in different markets possibly ....hence lack of reverse lighting?

Also the bumpers appear shorter to me but the aspect ratio is off as well.

If that's your plan I doubt it will work. 10 people saying they like it one time each is NOT equal to one person saying they hate it 10 times. The difference between positive comments and negative ones are that the latter are welcome, but there comes a time when enough is enough. I wish everyday was sunny with a nice breeze, but i'd never wish the same for rain and gloom even though it is needed sometimes, get it? To take that even further, Camaro praise is something I'd think you'd expect ONa Camaro forum, right? I'll do you a favor and not respond to your next post because I've seen how you love to get the last word.

There is no need to do this Captain as you know it does nothing for equilibrium by nonstop posts in all the threads about the bumper. Keeping it in the one or two threads about the bumper changes is one thing, but there is no need to bring it up in every thread.

You know what?

I'm finally going to step in here. When I have members pm'ing me about the constant complaining (which is getting to be troll like), I start getting agitated. People are expected to share and discuss.....which is what a forum is about.

But, I agree that THIS is getting ridiculous.

So, if people can't knock this crap off, we are going to begin deleting posts. It is.....as simple.....as that. Some people seem to forget that

1. Forum rules say to respect one another...

Quote:
2) Disagree, don't attack. Disagree on topics, but try to leave it at that. Just because you don't like someones opinion on the car's engine, doesn't mean you should call him and his mother all sorts of names Disagreements are fine, and you should feel free to express your difference of opinion, but don't go out of your way to insult and flame someone. Please consider if you would say to someone's face the same thing you are posting.
and
2. This is a privately owned forum. Feel free to express your opinion, but go off the deep end and you will either have posts edited/deleted, or the member will eventually find himself spamming and the moderators and/or administrator WILL resolve the issue for everyone once and for all.

Do WE make ourselves clear.....to everyone....

Whether that silver one is real or a model (which it probably is), it at least shows some production INTENT, which means we may get those tips... Scott why hast thou foresaken us?!?

I reeeeeeally want those tips, but if they're not producion I'm sure they'll be available in the aftermarket.

Could someone fix this one too, like the other pics, if it's not too much trouble, because I'm wanting to save this on my computer with the others, but it's all squished.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it.
