...don't forget...we're not allowed to exhale either. Inhaling is OK and encouraged.

FYI: Animals exhale CO2. Burning fuel produces CO2. Plans INHALE Co2 and produce O2. It's a big circle, self-sustaining. You might even say it's recycling.

...so the greenies are therefore against recycling!

Amen brother. I do not want to even think about the world that our children will inherit. Every one of our freedoms will be gone in the name of "saving the planet from climate change." Even after the Global Warmers get caught red handed fudging the figures, the press ignores it so that the socialist agenda can move forward unimpeded. Let us all enjoy our high performance cars while we can. I will paraphrase a quote that was in the Boston Globe about ten years ago when they were picking on the gen 4 SS, "I thought that we won this battle against too much horsepower in the early seventies. I guess that the fight must start again because the average car today has much more horspower than the average car did back then". I will drive my SS the way that I want to, when I want to, where I want to. If I get tickets, so be it. i have read the thread called "Speeding" on the site and did not believe that people that bought SUPER SPORT Camaros were talking the way that they were. Enough ranting for now.

The obvious solution is to plant ferns in everyones trunks and route your exhaust through the ferns for oxygen production!

I can't either, I did an online search and in no place with official translations can I find Camaro meaing Comrade in French... But I do recall back when the Camaro came out that they named it Camaro and said it was a word Chevrolet came up with because it sounded similar to the word Comrade.
I did find a quote from a Car Craft story on the Camaro..

Quote:
“Though the car's name was contrived with no meaning, Chevrolet researchers reportedly found the word in a French dictionary as variation of informal speech for "friend", "chum", or "companion." In some automotive periodicals before official release, it was code-named "Panther", however, the project designation for the Camaro was XP-836 and some early GM photos show the final Camaro body labeled "Chaparral".Automotive press asked Chevrolet product managers "What is a Camaro?", and they were told it was "a small, vicious animal that eats Mustangs". The name conveniently fit Chevrolet's "C" naming structure that included Corvair, Chevelle, Chevy II, and Corvette."
I like the second definition better though...

there is some truth to this statement. After all, here around the great lakes there used to be glaciers, which actually helped form this region. I'm pretty sure man didn't cause that warm period either.

And warm water (most likely warming from the Earth's core) is melting the northern ice....not warm air like so many think. Physics people....physics.

Actually we need more co2 in order for plants to grow more food, but that is not the endgame the climate scammers want.

Remember the joke about taxing the air you breathe? Well that time has come with the climate fraud and the FDA now declaring co2 as a deadly poison. If the FDA and the *cough* government really cared about pollution then they would stop putting poisons in our WATER and FOOD.

I wouldn't spend too much time trying to get the camaro to produce less co2, but how about getting pissed off about all the lies and frauds that are used to control our lives.

All world governments are growing & need money right now. This global "crisis" is just a hidden sales tax that will be paid by every person on the planet that is not living in a cave. That's why facts are being dismissed.

America was began when the people said " ENOUGH! " You remember land of the free, no taxation without representation. We started as a nation like none before. Now we make apologies and want to be like all other governments.

I drive my car with American pride, hold my head high and make no excuses for what it is or isn't. I work hard for my money and choose to drive a V8, even if I have sacrifice on something else. It's my choice, my freedom....for now.:flag1:

I have one more thing to add to your statement about the government. If they were so concerned about automotive poloution, wouldn't they want to limit how long our cars must idle because that is when they are the most inefficient? How many cars are idling at toll booths during rush hours in your area? Around here two times a day for about three hours each time, millions of cars are sitting idling waiting to go through our various toll booths. TEAR DOWN THE TOLL BOOTHS AND CREATE FREEWAYS! We know that these hippocrites don't care about global warming, it is just a power grab to regulate our lives.

Was gonna respond but this could get out of hand, I'll just say CO2 comes out of your mouth.... the one thing I will add is if we accept the premise that man-made CO2 is an issue then the battle has been lost for Liberty

Funny thing is, the greenhouse gas that has the largest impact on trapping heat in the atmosphere is.... water vapor, I don't see the anyone marching to regulate that....

I voted for the dumb hot chick, the crusty old guy just happened to share the ballot with her. I didn't see enough difference between the crusty old guy and the "Nobel peace prize winner" who will be selling us out in Coppenhagen this week.
