You can add pieces of the package to an SS. New transmission and gearing would be very expensive. The wheels and tires alone cost about the same as what the 1LE package costs on a new SS. I think it would be cheaper to trade.

The suspension parts can all be added fairly cheap. Even the rear gears from GM are supposed to be relatively cheap compared to current offerings from the aftermarket. It's transmission wheels and tires that are the reason they say almost. Those parts would be very expensive although not impossible. At that point, it would probably be more cost effective to trade for a new 1LE
