I had a great time also... hate I missed the excitement on the last leg when we turned around on 411 to head back home!

It was great to meet some new people... this group is getting larger!

Thanks Dan (The Breeze) for setting up the ride, and also thanks to Gen52SS for the slideshow... it was awesome!

While we're waiting on the weekly snow storm and brrr-assed weather to subside, would anyone be interested in planning a trip to upper east TN? Maybe catch the opening Street Fights at Bristol on Sat 3/29, spend the night ($57 Red Roof Inn in Johnson City), then run the Snake (US 421) on Sunday? Or some variation of that. Maybe photo ops at Boone Dam, South Holston Lake and Watauga Lake?

Just thinking out loud. Any interest?

Tired of the snow. I want to get Baby out of the basement.

Visit Gen 5 Facebook Page

I created a group for all Gen 5 Camaro owners in the Knoxville area on Facebook. I could not find one when searching if you have a chance stop by and post something I'd appreciate some pics of your rides on the group page. Link is at https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/Camaro5/

I also have links to SCCA (Sports Car Club America) Auto-Cross Racing open to all cars. The first of many meets is February 23 (weather permitting) at Pellissippi these are solo runs timed events. I don't see any Camaro's listed on the registration sheet yet for this month. I know one person (Camaro Owner) who may enter. You can also go as a spectator. The next Auto-cross is in March same location. It's for any level driver. I will be in the novice category. They will also have coming up a EVO drivers course set up at Smokies Stadium if you would like 1 or 2 days of driving experience and instructions. Would be nice to get some of us in these races.

Thanks

I keep seeing an IOM SS here in Sevierville on old Newport highway (behind the high school). Just curious if he/she is on here?

Hey guys, check out the link below to see some footage from the ETRSCCA Autocross event today. We had 3 members in attendance, but would love to see more.

Thanks for the videos CJ. It was good getting to meet some new people and drive something in anger. I'm sure my tires were angry at me afterwards.
