Lingenfelter Kit & Headers

Fellow Forum Members,

I need help, we are putting a lingenfelter 630HP Kit on our 2014 ZL1 and we were initially told if we add headers we will need to go with bigger injectors. The lingenfelter Kit includes the items below. Does anyone have experience with these modifications if so please let me know your thoughts.

Package Includes:
- 2.55 inch diameter steel supercharger drive pulley - powder coated black - 8 rib
- 8 rib serpentine belt
- Lingenfelter LS9 solid supercharger isolator coupling
- Port and polish supercharger snout
- Lingenfelter high flow air intake kit
- 160 degree thermostat
- Increased boost level 10 - 12 psi or 3 - 4 psi over stock

Are they tuning it? The Headers will lower the boost. Reach out to Ted Jannetty Racing. I have his 75 RWHP kit which is CAI, 10% lower and tune and dyno'd at 580RWHP. He doesn't required the 850's I believe until you go to his 125 RWHP..

Be sure to ask them (LPE) specifically about the CEL you'll get because of the headers. Will LPE tune that out for you?

I am going to a local speed shop to have it tuned, I just have heard it both ways one we needed injectors then someone else said we don't need them. The injector dynamic set is $900 so if I don't have to obviously I would prefer not to I just didn't know what others have done/ heard.

I'd say no.. in looking at competitors packages none show replacement injectors until you get into the 700+
