The only things I know a software upgrade does is fix compatibility issues with the PDIM (USB drive) and syncing issues with Bluetooth.

From another thread about the radio update:

[QUOTE=UCF w00t;656261]GM actually has the update info online and publicly available (thanks codeman). All you need is your VIN # and you can see it (should be the same). I assume your dealer can use these to get the full details.

Part Number CVN Description

20861681 0000A80A New software for improved operation including proper handling of WMA DRM music, addition of the play/pause button and RSA support, and improved Zune/PFD connection robustness.
20840959 0000A24C New software to address: USB sorting/indexing issues; Bluetooth interface/implementation improvement; Apple iTouch implementation/interface issues
20824078 0000EB10 Operating system

I didn't think any of the 2010's came with this feature. I know mine doesn't. Maybe some of the 2010's produced later in the year have it. Or maybe it's just the automatics, since the manuals don't have remote start.

Mine has it, March 2010 build and it's a manual

After sitting for a couple of days, the tires have flat spots. It takes a 1/2 mile or so to round out.

Only if your garmin has bluetooth capability. There is an option on your radio menu to pair GPS via bluetooth.

Or if your garmin had an aux port, you could do it that way too.

As far as I'm concerned, you're not missing anything with the bluetooth.

Don't know if it's my style of phone or the bluetooth, but it is a terrible connection. I don't notice it on my end so much, but my callers tell me that I'm breaking up and hard to understand. like I'm in a barrel. I avoid using it when I can.

Before I got "Jewel" I was driving a 2010 Malibu, and it was the same.
