OK, here it is!!!!!! The dead spot is completely gone on Sean's test car, and the final cut version added app 5 rwhp & 5 rwtq. (Sean will post soon).

The first batch that all have been waiting for and pprepaid are scheduled to be cut on Tue, and should ship by weekend (I have knee Surgery Thursday, the 28th so it may be delayed a few days).

Here is a picture of the final version....we will post more soon:

So, the pre-payed and reserved batch get theres as soon as they are finished.

The next batch will be app 2-3 weeks out as we have another 20 new cores coming (did not want to order more until we had this completed and proven as we already have a small fortune invested in this).

Any that order now will be one the list for the next batch, and we will need the cores from the first group back ASAP to get them in and cut.

VMax has again, done the near impossible and developed a super affordable mod to not only eliminate the biggest complaint most V6ers have had, but the extra HP/TQ is just icing on the cake!

Only went up to 6k rpms, but the REAL gains are right at the dead spot area.

When Mike Norris gets one in, I'll get it from him and let him install it and take my core at that time. I'm in no rush but as soon as he has one, I'm on it. Question, how will this affect or work with the Vararam CAI that I now have?

Yes, it should work well with all the CAI's.

I met him when my car was used to test the intial version of the V6 TB, which didn't turn out so well.

I do not want to jump into Tracy's thread, but for folks wanting to come to me and get them, feel free to PM me. I am making a list and will not be taking any monies until they are ready to ship. I will also be making a new thread with pertinent test data and cost info once Pete (VMax) and I go over everything.

Its all good Mike. Mike has been part of the VMax family since the early days.

$150 plus $15 S&H and a refundable $200 core charge.

Once you receive your ported unit return your stock good core as per the instructions included and when we receive it back we credit your PayPal the $200 core refund. You have 7 days from receiving the ported unit to get your core back.

It is a 4 bolt easy swap. Just snug the bolts evenly...do NOT over tighten.

The lead time is app 2-3 weeks right now as the first batch are already pre sold. We have more cores on the way but there will be a lead time.

You do not need a paypal account. You can still use paypal and just enter a credit card to send the payment.
