ok, i'm confused. if you have only the clutch in then your brake lights wouldn't be on, so wouldn't that give the impression that your starting to move? (maybe I just need to go to sleep and reread that in the morning...)

my brake lights not being on doesn't give the person behind me the right to drive into my rear bumper.

ok, I stared at the post for another minute or two and it finally clicked that the fear of being rear-ended was just a byproduct of not using the brake.
i definitely need to go to sleep

He was in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I don't know if he just took his foot off the brake or actually hit the gas. I was actually paying attention to the cars in front of me (too bad he wasn't!).

It's aggrivating b/c my poor baby's been through so much already and she's not even a year old. But bumpers can be fixed so I'm at least glad it's not worse (and it's not my fault so PHEW!! I probably (hopefully) won't have to pay my deductable)

They say things happen in 3's so this better be it! Scracth on the bumper on her 3rd day - lost the front bumber after 3 months, now the back bumper (9months)...
She better be done wqith "incidents"

My mom had a red 69 and said it was always getting hit by stupid people - I hope Cherry doesn't take on her gramma's curse!
