You may find someone with no spoiler that would swap lids, or if you can find one for sale then you can sell yours and recover the cost with your sale. I'm sure a good body shop can fill the holes with no problems, but a different trunk lid may be cheaper. Hope this helps you get your new high wing, I really like mine!

i guess i wouldnt mind it if it was, but i prefer a lip if anything at all.

maybe im just a stickler for function over form when it comes to aerodynamics and such

not bashing anyone, they do look prety cool and i can see how they follow the lines of the car pretty nicely, just my $.02

yes. i ordered it from GM as dealer installed accessory . but stupud GM doeant have spoiler delete option

what do u mean by gm doesn't hv spoiler delete option? bcs i also just ordered the same thing but in diff color.

that they will deliver ur car AS IS. with the standard spoiler and let ur dealer install it. but then my dealer is not COMFORTABLE installing it, drilling new holes for the HW spoiler and filling the old holes from the standard spoiler

That sounds like bad business. They are suppose to sell it as a factory option and if they can't do the work, then they should have to give you a new trunk lid. I would try talking to them some more before the car comes in.

Damn that sucks! You would think with as long as it has taken to get this damn thing to the market all the bugs could have been worked out.

Is your dealer not willing to work with you on getting a deck lid off of another "lot" car and adding the spoiler as a "dealer installed option" on the price sheet?

there's no SUMMIT WHITE LS or LT w/o spoiler in my area
