Window problem

The window won't roll itself down anymore so that I can close the door. I've tried the "reset procedure" but it hasn't fixed it. If it's up, it stays all the way up. Any ideas?

I had that same issue before. i disconnected the battery and pulled the "reset fuses" then reconnected the battery and poped the fuses back in. When i started up the car I had to re-cal the windows with the door shut. Hope this helps.

That presents a bit of a problem...I'm afraid if I do that, I'll lose my tune.

I got a copy of my tune on a thumb drive. I don't think you lose it by disconnecting the battery, I could be wrong though.

I had a window problem with the passenger side. It would go up or down intermittantly. I took it back to the dealer and they said there was a known problem with some of the window switches. They changed out the driver side switch and I've had no problems since.
