Naw I didn't hear that it was girlish, it's just when I saw the first pic(the one in the Sun) I couldn't help but think WOW that is gorgeous, but the more i looked at it, the more I realized it was kinda pinkish so now I was wondering your opinions. Thanks for the responses.

Not at all. It's a beautiful color. That's what it is.

I will bet if anyone gets this color on their Camaro, you will be getting LOTS of compliments on it. In the sun it is gorgeous on any car (especially Corvettes...) and I feel on the Camaro it will be just as amazing.

I would think it to be more of an older mans color rather than girlish, but its very gorgeous in the sun and a deep red/ burgundy at night. Either way i wouldn't mind seeing this color on the road

RJT won't be that bright, but will look that good (to me). to get a feel for it, go to a dealer & look at a new Impala in RJT at different times of day & in different weather.

I don't think it is particularly girly.

I don't think its a girly color, nor do I think it screams "old man". I really like the color and will probably be ordering mine in RJT. The only color I see in the lineup that could closely be called a girly color is the Aqua Blue. It just doesn't sit well with me. lol sorry.

My 27 YO son says "get the RJT Dad, it's more sophisticated,
All the other colors are so 60's".

I have had so many Silver (easy to keep clean) that it is interesting that the younger generation likes the car but not the old colors.

Yellow screams girlish in my opinion..
Just wondering if you have seen IOM in person? I have said on a few different threads and others who have seen it in person agree that IOM does not look anywhere near that orange in person.
I dont know if the red pops up more in a camera flash or if it has something to do with the pearl in it or what but it is WAY more orange than red. Check it out on a Saturn Sky or a Solstice.

This is a pic of a model a member on this site painted in IOM, and it is to me the most accurate representation in a picture of IOM:

Thanks! I've been keeping my eyes open. Trick here in Minnesota this time of year, is most cars on road are filthy due to road salt. But I should probably do like you said and visit dealer to see a clean one.

I love the color and it is going to look really good on the SS that I am getting. I think it will be one of those colors that many people will end up seeing when they are out on the road finally and say "wow that looks awesome, I didn't think that would look so good"

If RJT looks anything like on this Aston, will be a smokin' color for sure!

I don't think so. It's my favorite color next to IOM and CGM.

Definitely not a girly color. I agree with most that it is more classy/ sophisticated, so it may be frowned upon for a MUSCLE car.
