Axleback suggestions

I am looking for a good axleback exhaust. From what i've heard on the SS exhaust thread, the GMPP onroad sounded good. Apparently Borla makes it for GM but the specifications vary between the models they sell and what GMPP puts out. Any suggestions for a "not too loud but throaty" exhaust. I like the stock, but sometimes I feel like I want a little more rumble, nothing to wake up the neighbors, just something a tad deeper. All suggestions welcome.

Most likely getting SLP LMII at this point, they sound so sweet.

I just pulled the trigger on this same purchase! Liked the GM off-road, but too pricey, was going to do borla "S"...but found the loundmouth II for even less. The tips bolt on where the others are welded, BUT the tips are longer than the others. I liked that in case you wanna extend it, the neck of the tip won't show.
Got this and a Roto-fab CAI from www.ZZmotorsports.com. ...very nice to deal w/.

I found several places for $540.00 with little or no shipping for Loudmouth II's. That was my best $ on any stainless name brand axle-backs w/ a smaller muffler attached.

I also ordered the SLP LM II, and it was installed yesterday. I can't wait to hear it! Gotta wait until the dealership is done fixing up my car though :( hopefully tomorrow.

I got it for $539.95 + $5 shipping, from LMPerformance.com. Ordered on a Wednesday, it was shipped the same day, and it arrived on Saturday, so they are quite fast.

I went with the Loud Mouth 1. (from lmperformance.com). it was $404 and is just a muffler delete (pricey for a muffler delete IMO, basically paid the money for ease and 4" tips. IMO the LMII sounds to motorcycle-ish. not like a muscle car, you can get away with muffler deletes on the LS3's because there is so much shit turning down the volume ahead of it.

Magnaflow sounds like it would fit you perfect.

Went with the SLP LM2. I have the L99 and I am really happy with the sound. Good tone, not raspy. Nice deep sound. If you want a little louder, I suggest the LM1. $540 for the system. East install.

I think I'm going with with one of these on my LS3

#1) MRT Performance axle back
or
#2) Slp Loudmouth 1
